They have really figured out how to do a contactless take out. Desert was a smores jar and key lime jar and they were decent but not worth the $7.

Waited too long for server to come asking for drinks. It's noisy and sometimes difficult to park, but the barbecue is excellent - great variety and several delicious sides. Nice to come back to a favorite and increase your love for the place.

If I had known they were going to put some sort of sauce on it I would have requested them not to do so. We ordered the BBQ for two and oh my gosh- the ribs were awesome, as well as the pulled pork. A lot of pricey items on the menu, but eat smart and it didn't break the bank too bad.

Great BBQ in Vermont. The pudding, yum. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great and all the wait staff was friendly and efficient. They were ok. Meat temperature was also not hot enough. Great place to get together with a group and we loved the Barbecue for 2 special offered this past Saturday night! The weakest side was the sweet potatoes. Is this true??? . The baby back ribs have a thick glaze and a deep smoke ring, not an ounce of fat. Which thankfully our son lives here, so he could enjoy it. First experience was great. Otherwise, it would have been a complete waste as we were leaving to go home the next morning and we don't have a fridge in our car and it's over a 6 hour drive.

Unfortunately, this restaurant is not on the OpenTable reservation network. The sauces on the table were explained. This is just my opinion.

The one damper was our server asking us 7 times (I starting counting after 3) if we were finished our meal...we were grazing and felt like we were being rushed. We both ate very little and got a to go box for the huge portions. Bluebird Barbecue does offer delivery in partnership with Toast. We love going to Bluebird every time we come to Burlington area. They are all super attentive and genuine. You get three meats (1/2 size but you could have fooled me) and four sides. Plus many sides,...bread, mac& cheese, sweet potatoes, coleslaw, bean salad, collard greens, french fries, pickles & beans. This was the best time ever.

The best thing about this BBQ was it was done right ~ you don't need condiments the flavor is already smoked into the food~ YUMMY! Would not recommend the ramen.

Service can be a bit slow at times, but always friendly. We paid $23-25 for a half rack of ribs, which seemed high considering there was not much meat on them.
