Not only that, but May's full moon will also be a supermoon, making it a 'Super Flower Moon'. That makes this a "supermoon," according to NASA. A supermoon, also known as a perigee full moon by astronomers, is a colloquial—even astrological—term for a full Moon when it’s at its closest point to Earth in its orbit.
