puppet characters are next level in fighting games. Dabuz obviously does very well with solo Rosalina and the character is high tier IMO (There's no way it's matchup inexperience at this point, especially considering Japanese players go up against Kirihara a lot), but I don't think Rosalina is better than Olimar. Her downB deals with grenades in neutral and her juggling is good for high recoveries. In the hands of a person who knows how to use Joker the characters stupid, but if you don't know how to play him no shit the character won't be as good. Rosalina is one of those characters that got unfairly maligned due to being significantly adjusted from Smash 4, but I think she'll end up having a similar meta run to Meta Knight when he was nerfed from Brawl to Smash 4.
