It's also THE BEST combat engine EVER for a space fighter simulation. It all sounds complicated at first, but soon enough you'll be extremely comfortable with it. There are quite a few mutliplayer game types that mix up the standard deathmatch formula. Ultimately, Starlancer is just a port but it's a ... fine port. The less than engaging storyline and the heavy focus on defensive missions holds the game back and keeps it from being as good as the classics.
