The Patient Voices Fight Colorectal Cancer program will partner with primary care providers to increase colorectal cancer screening among predominately Black patients from Buffalo. Thank you so much, UBCF, for supporting me. The goals of the project are to reach and maintain a 50% colorectal cancer screening rate for the underserved patient population and to establish regular provider training and education about the importance of increasing screening rates. Location: St. Paul, MN The United Breast Cancer Foundation recognizes that and brings forth its Holistic Care Grant Program to unite us who believe in the whole-body approach. It has been a difficult journey so far but I feel I am going to be cancer free soon. Organization Milwaukee Consortium for Hmong Health Women aged 40 and over should get a breast screening and clinical breast exam every year. Applicants will be notified by mid-February 2021 of the decision regarding their proposals. This will increase provider capacity to identify women with cervical cancer dysplasia and triage and treat them according to national guidelines, as well as build provider skills to find and treat dysplasia in underserved populations. My sister, thank God, has recovered and is free of cancer now.
