I believe that in the major tournaments that easily half the field has the ability to win, but the determining factor is luck. In this podcast I discuss some of my observations at the catfish fishing industries only trade show. If you are fishing for catfish, fishing for striper, or any other fish that hits live bait, having a home bait tank is a great way to have bait ready to go for last minute fishing trips. Well, the month of June is probably the worst month to catch a catfish no matter where you go in the country,  Catfishing from Mothers Day until July 4th can be tough for monster catfish, but smaller eater sized catfish can still be caught if you are persistent.
